I suppose you meant this as a late April Fool's joke ?

By reading the auction text you can read:

" To check date or set up seconds for timing you just wipe your thumb across the silver button on the face."

So why you think there is a sensor ??

I thought it was interesting because it's not a push-button but a sensor that is enabled by human touch (I guess by a change in current generated by a finger?).

There were a few LED watches that had this feature, like this Pulsar Sport LED watch:
