radio watch

I like the look too but I've never quite got the radio on the wrist bit.
How do you hear it unless you lock your wrist to your ear ?

Like phone watches...interesting idea but not all that practical.

It is a funky sort of design though !

That makes no sense to me.

If anything, the "wrist mount" is the perfect location for gadgets of this sort. How impractical is it to carry an iPod in your hand? Consider the ipod armband. See http://www.tunebelt.com/ab2 for an example.

Looks to me they are trying to turn into a wristwatch.

I see your point maurice and I think there's nothing inherently wrong with having anything on your wrist including a tv.

It's just the need for wires to get the sound to the ear that I find inelegant. Some sort of wireless earpiece/headset would solve this and then it would be perfect.

When I use my radio watch I have the wire to the earpiece(s) along my arm, inside my clothes up to my ear. Works prefectly.. But a TV on the wrist sounds more.. not practical at all.
