Does the receiver have the leather case? Is the TV function working (sound and picture) with cable? How many links are one the strap. Any more pix

Hi, the watch is in excellent condition I have all original link, I haven't a leather case for the receiver and I tested the watch with a cable connection of my friend and it worked (audio + video ok)
