I'm looking for a Casio TM-12 with module 1005. (Thanks to Maniac and Casiophile for identification!)

Here is a LJC-10, which is the lady's version with module 1003. The TM-12 should look very similar. If you have this I'll take that too!

**The important thing is that it has a little man running on the top right corner.

That 'someone' was probably me. I recall this from a while back. The TM-12J has a module 1005 and came in a variety of colors. Circa 1994. Don't see these on ebay too often.

The other version is the Team Alpha version, its exactly the same but styled in more wild colours and has the word team alpha (symbol, not the word) where it says Jog & Calorie on this model.

I had one about 10 years ago, functionality wise it's identical to the JC-11

The exact one I had (the one your after) would be listed as TM12-3V

I can tell this by the description of the colours etc.
